Co-Founded by Rob Garrett and James Cadbury who together have over 50 years of experience in the family business domain.

They met serving in the British Army and now based in Singapore and the UAE.

Rob advises and works on private investments focused on growth VC to Small to mid cap private equity.
His major focus is on the theme of technology enabled impact to combat climate change - driven by a passionate belief as a father and husband that the planet is mission critical for our generation and our children's generation.

James Cadbury

Co-Founder

James is a commercially experienced businessman with significant experience of emerging markets, having spent the last twelve years based in Dubai, focused on projects in multiple sectors across the Middle East and Africa.

Ghulam is a passionate, focused and forward thinking individual who has developed a keen interest within the financial services industry.
He focuses on providing advisory on transactions across private equity and private debt. His target companies are businesses at growth stage and beyond with an interest on business in Europe and Asia.

Angela is an accomplished legal practitioner in corporate commercial and financial services, with over 20 years of diverse professional legal experience in the field, Angela is a seasoned private wealth and asset management lawyer who advises and provides solutions to her clients internationally.

Nate has over 8 years of experience directly working for UHNW principals in China, with double master degree in Syracuse University and prior experience on Wall St.
As a consultant and proactive business developer, he is adept at project execution and and project partnership execution.
